Middle and high school-age youth from Rochester and all across southeast Minnesota turn to 180 Degrees VonWald Youth Shelter when a crisis hits.
Whether experiencing homelessness, in transition between foster families, or simply out of options without a safe place to stay due to family crisis, we're here to help. Shelter and services are free and available by walk-in or through referral. We accept referrals from parents, schools, social workers, youth-serving agencies, and probation officers. Supportive staff help youth identify strengths, explore resources, set goals, and build new connections so that they can realize their full potential. PROGRAMMING:
