Supportive Services

Designed to prevent and disrupt homelessness, sex trafficking, and family crisis, outreach teams and mobile case managers work directly in the community with youth.  180 Degrees youth shelters (Brittany's Place, Hope House, St. Cloud Youth Shelter, and VonWald Youth Shelter) are service hubs for these outreach teams supporting youth of all genders, up to age 24.
