Community members across Rochester and southeast Minnesota gathered to mark the official ribbon cutting of 180 Degrees new youth shelter & connection center in Rochester. The Ribbon cutting ceremony included remarks from 180 Degrees CEO Dan Pfarr, Minnesota State Senator Carla Nelson, Rochester Mayor Kim Norton, and Rochester Chamber of Commerce Member Lynn Clarey. 180 Degrees new facility continues the legacy of a program founded by Sherriff Chuck VonWald. VonWald granddaughters were present to hold the ribbon in the ceremony. The event secured media coverage from Rochester Post Bulletin, KTTC, KAALTV, and KIMT.
