housing & Supportive Services

Adult Housing.  180 Degrees owns,  operates, and manages deeply affordable housing in Minneapolis for families and individuals. Homes provide stable living for people achieving 180 Degrees' mission to create spaces and services that honor each individual's healing journey.
Youth Outreach & Mobile Case Management.  Shelter alone is simply not enough to  prevent, disrupt, and end homelessness, sex trafficking, and family crisis for youth. Each of 180 Degrees youth shelters  (St. Cloud,  Rochester,  Brittany's Place, Hope House) includes a outreach & mobile case management team working directly in the community to support youth of all genders, up to age 24. Teams provide basic necessities, resources, advocacy, & ongoing support.
