Learn more about St. Cloud Group Home's programs and services.
The Von Wald Group Home is a critical component in the services provided to at-risk youth in the greater Rochester area. The young people served through Von Wald would otherwise be living on the streets or in juvenile detention.

The Group Home provides a nurturing and structured living environment and intensive supports…Youth learn how to take responsibility for behaviors in the past, and why taking responsibility is important for them and for others.
– Kevin Torgerson
   Sheriff, Olmsted County

Von Wald is a great place to have in Rochester because most of the kids that come here just got caught up in the wrong crowd or fell into peer pressure and made the wrong decisions. Von Wald shows kids that people do want to help and not just put them away somewhere like JDC and that they can change their lives around if they really set their mind to it.
– Von Wald resident, age 16
