All Children Excel (ACE)
The goal of ACE is to offer long-term comprehensive and proactive case management to children under the age of 10 and their families in Ramsey County. These children have committed offenses that would meet the criteria for prosecution if they were 10 years of age and older.
ACE supports these young people and their families until they reach the age of 18. By supporting the family, the ACE program provides critical intervention services, heading off future incidents with police or law enforcement. Services include connecting families to needed resources including food, housing, transportation, counseling, education and more. ACE was developed in 1999 in response to alarming statistical research demonstrating child delinquents are significantly more likely to become serious, violent, chronic juvenile offenders than those who commit a first offense in adolescence, with 3 out of 5 such juvenile offenders beginning to develop a pattern of these behaviors by age 12.

"I work for the 7 year old who experienced trauma and needs tools to help navigate behavioral challenges. I work to help bridge the gap of deeply-rooted systemic barriers. I work so they can build healthy relationships in the community and have the resources they need for long-term success."
